PART-TIME 3RD SHIFT

Registered Medication Aide – RMA / Medication Aide – Med Tech / Certified Nursing Assistant – CNA

Compensation : $17.89–$23.50 plus shift differentials

Essential Duties :

Administer medications per Virginia Board of Nursing Medication Aide Regulations

Document all medications administered in the Medication Administration Record (MAR)

Monitor and record vital signs , weights, and blood sugars

Complete and pass an annual medication administration observation

Assist with bathing, oral care, toileting, dressing , and other activities of daily living

Aid residents with transfers and ambulation using gait belts and mechanical devices as required

Provide assistance with heavy lifting and ensure use of proper equipment as per policy and orders

Qualifications :

High school diploma or GED; must be 18+

Current registration as a Medication Aide and Nurse Aide in good standing with the Virginia Board of Nursing

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Team-oriented and collaborative mindset

Quick-thinking and problem-solving skills

Understanding of patient care policies and safety regulations

Experience working with elderly or special needs populations

Physical strength and stamina
