POSITION SUMMARY
Golden Years Home Care is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales and Marketing Manager to drive growth and expand our presence in the home care industry. The ideal candidate will be a career-minded professional who thrives in developing new contacts and excels in a competitive environment. Responsibilities include generating and closing leads, tracking referral source development, running events, and managing personal schedules. A background in sales and marketing is essential, with a strong ability to handle rejection, manage time effectively, and operate independently. The role demands an aggressive, results-oriented individual who can navigate challenges and stay resilient under pressure. Industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory. This position offers a base salary plus commission and potential profit sharing contingent upon meeting quarterly goals.

OBJECTIVES
- Generate a minimum of 20 qualified leads per month through various marketing channels.
- Achieve a sales conversion rate of at least 60% demonstrating effectiveness in closing deals.
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets as set by the organization.
- Successfully plan and execute a minimum of marketing events per quarter to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with at least 50 new referral sources per quarter.
- Expand market reach by entering new geographic or demographic markets within the year.
- Submit accurate and timely weekly reports that track sales activities, lead generation, and market trends.
- Effectively schedule and manage the marketing team’s activities to ensure optimal productivity.
- Increase brand awareness through targeted marketing campaigns and public relations efforts or higher for efforts
- Participate in professional development opportunities per year to enhance skills in sales and marketing.
- Implement innovative marketing strategies or tools annually to stay ahead of industry trends.
