Develop and implement process improvements based on audit findings Conduct trend analysis; compile and analyze symptoms and failures Experience with QMOS and SAP Preferred Communicate important shift information, production issues, concerns and needs with proper personnel Address problem-solving through comprehensive root cause analysis and implementing corrective measures Define and measure key performance indicators for success Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred
