Perform administrative tasks such as word processing, electronic filing, travel booking, and meeting coordination . Provide cross-training for new contractor MSS positions within the PMO, as requested. Monitor maintenance projects and track work completion, assisting in facility repair solutions. Ensure environmental compliance and proper documentation of permits, warranties, and equipment records. Act as a liaison between Customers, Executing Agencies, Facility Managers, and Maintenance Supervisors to streamline operations. Oversee facilities construction and alteration projects , ensuring compliance with USACE, GSA, and FAA regulations . Provide project planning and oversight , including risk management, budget tracking, and real estate evaluations. Maintain construction management records and provide bi-weekly progress reports on project scope, materials, and quality control. Conduct site visits and prepare detailed construction trip reports for Government review. Develop and implement quality assurance standards , ensuring compliance with acceptance criteria. Perform monthly quality audits and track risk mitigation efforts. Support risk analysis, corrective action tracking, and lessons learned reporting . Assist in evaluating project alternatives , reviewing a minimum of three options for Government approval. Expertise in administrative support, data tracking, and quality assurance . Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, TRIRIGA, and SharePoint . Strong organizational and analytical skills , with the ability to manage complex reporting requirements. Experience in government contracting, facility operations, and construction project management . Excellent coordination and communication skills , facilitating collaboration across multiple stakeholders. U.S. Citizenship required Must participate in a federal background investigation A Bachelor’s degree and (minimum) 5 or more years in Project Management Project Management Professional (PMP) required Minimum 10-OSHA training; 40-hour OSHA preferred

Essential Functions :
The Project Manager is responsible for tracking and managing data, supporting administrative functions, overseeing mission-critical tasks, coordinating project activities, and ensuring compliance with real property and facility operations.
