Position Summary

Our client is looking for a Data Analyst to join our Employee Benefits Resource Team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical foundation, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will support business intelligence initiatives, streamline reporting processes, and contribute to strategic insights that drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
• Utilize Power Query to transform and prepare data for analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve data processes and reporting efficiency.
• Take full ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely completion while also maintaining and managing key datasets to support ongoing analysis and reporting.
