Office Administrator
Salary : $50,000-55,000 / year Depending on experience

Job Description :
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will perform various administrative, clerical, and coordination functions to ensure smooth office operations. This position is perfect for someone who values organization, professionalism, and a high level of diligence.
Responsibilities :
Open and close the office daily
Meet and greet visitors, providing a positive in-office experience
Receive, sort, and manage mail, deliveries, and outgoing correspondence
Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Review and enter pay applications from subcontractors
Review and enter invoices from suppliers
Process check payments for subcontractors and suppliers
Maintain digital and physical accounting files
Oversee and update company accounts with authorized users
Collect and enter company credit card receipts
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications :
Experience in a clerical support position is a plus
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business or related field preferred, but not required
Excellent people skills and a strong sense of confidentiality
Outstanding organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing needs
Schedule : 40 hours / week
Monday-Thursday : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
Friday : 8 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM
