Description & Requirements We are seeking a Certified Salesforce Technical Architect with expertise in Health Cloud and Federal environments to design and implement scalable, secure solutions for government clients. The role involves leading technical teams, ensuring compliance with FedRAMP, FISMA, and HIPAA, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver robust solutions. Per VES contract requirements, staff working on the VES project must be U.S. citizens or legal Residents (green card holders). This is a remote position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : - Oversee and interface with the developers to design, develop, test and implement critical functionality and POCs. - Work with clients to create strategies and frameworks. - Architect and design application solutions. - Guide developers. - Provide hands-on development support. - Design software components from business requirements. - Document and diagram application functionality from business requirements. Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Architect complex Salesforce solutions with a focus on Health Cloud.
- Ensure compliance with federal standards (FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST).
- Lead integration efforts using APIs and tools like MuleSoft.
- Oversee the design, data models, and system integrations for Health Cloud.
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance and security best practices.
- Guide development teams and conduct technical reviews.
- Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred; Health Cloud certification preferred.
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience, with 5+ years in an architect role.
- Strong experience with Health Cloud and federal compliance.
- Proficiency in Salesforce platform capabilities, Apex, Lightning, API integrations, and DevOps.
- Knowledge of OAuth, SSO, and Salesforce Shield. Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's degree in related field. - 7-10 years of relevant professional experience required. - Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree. Preferred Skills and Qualifications :
- Experience with GovCloud, HL7, and large-scale healthcare systems.
