6-month contract with likely extension and / or conversion

One of our largest retail clients is looking for a Freelance Video Editor to join their Creative Marketing Team. This freelancer will have the opportunity to work on customer-facing marketing assets on international campaigns. Qualifications :

• Software, proficient in the following areas : Adobe Premiere CC. Familiar with Adobe After Effects, Adobe Media Encoder, Da Vinci Resolve, General Camera knowledge, On set Production experience is a plus.
• Post-production experience, proficient in the following areas : Editing, light motion graphics (more advanced knowledge is a plus), Color correction, Sound design, codecs and compression, Experience with remote workflows and studio level file management is a plus, Social standards & formats.
• An awareness to trends and editing styles, plus an ability to concept and communicate original ideas
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work calmly, think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented, Optimistic, Creative thinker
• A meticulous approach to work; pays keen attention to detail
• Great listener; enjoys collaborating with other team members
• Open-minded; takes feedback constructively.
• Conscientious learner; seeks to upgrade knowledge on the latest techniques in video editing
• Passionate about all things video with an emphasis in post-production.
• Excels in working independently
• Portfolio required
