DSI Systems Inc., the nation’s largest home services distributor, has an immediate opening for a motivated individual to fill an Inside Sales Manager (ISM) position for the North Texas Region. As the ISM, you will be responsible for managing authorized retailers, providing support, examining, and understanding the dealer business needs. You will be accountable for growing the territory through existing accounts and new dealer acquisitions. To succeed in this role, your primary goal will be to increase activations through all verticals.
This is an office-based or remote position and will require minor travel to company events as requested.

Responsibilities
- Represent DSI to our dealer base and build key relationships with our vendor partners. Be an advocate for our dealers while advising their business on key metrics, marketing, and growth
- Network with existing dealers and introduce them to new business opportunities
- Set weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals and consistently measure performance
- Exceed goals in sales and activation targets
- Measure progress weekly with market conditions, dealer performance, training, and prospect pipeline
- Maintain new dealer pipeline, contact activity, and onboarding status.
- Provide onboarding and training support to dealers and ensure a successful launch
- Push to get new dealers active
- Work with the credit and accounting department
- Place orders for equipment and process RAs
- Execute other company initiatives and directives through the dealer base
