As a Regulatory & Practice Review Seasonal Senior Manager you’ll support audit teams for regulatory inspection with all with the resources, environment, and support to help you excel.
Your day-to-day may include :
- Supporting audit teams that are selected for regulatory inspection
- Communicating and interaction with the firm’s regulators
- Conducting internal inspections of issuer and non-issuer audits
- Interacting with audit teams and audit leadership on technical matters
- Being a proactive problem solver and sought-after adviser to audit teams
- Training and supervising less experienced colleagues and providing consistent, regular feedback
- Other duties as assigned
You have the following technical skills, qualifications and abilities :
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, finance, mathematics, or related disciplinesMinimum of eight years of progressive public accounting experience with a mid-sized to large firmPCAOB experience preferredAn active CPA license (required)Analytical, technical, and auditing skills, including proficiency in US GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB rules and standardsValue teamwork, are agile and know the power of building strong relationshipsAbility to work within a team spread across multiple locationsAre curious about or have exposure to automation and digitization tools as part of audits or in the professional services environmentCan travel as needed (1-2x per month)Excellent verbal and written communication skills
