Job Description :

StenTech is seeking a reliable and motivated Production Technician to join our growing team in Wylie, TX. This is a general-purpose role supporting our manufacturing operations, with exposure to multiple areas of the business.

We will provide comprehensive training – you don’t need laser or CAD experience to start – but you should be comfortable working with computers, eager to learn, and bring a strong work ethic. This position offers room for growth and the potential to move into leadership or management based on performance and aptitude.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operate laser manufacturing equipment (training provided).
  • Perform data processing and coding applications for production jobs.
  • Assist with assembly, shipping, and receiving tasks.
  • Follow established manufacturing procedures and handle delicate materials with care.
  • Support general warehouse and production duties as needed.

    Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in light industrial, manufacturing, or a related environment preferred (but not required).
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new applications.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn.
