Inside Sales Specialist

Job Summary :

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will manage and expand our client base, developstrong relationships with existing customers, and drive sales growth. The Inside Sales Manager handles direct-to-end-user projects, qualifies incoming phone calls and leads,

and supports the sales team. This role will focus on capturing revenue from smallerprojects and customers the District Sales Managers do not have time to service.

Responsibilities :

• Professionally represent Western Steel Buildings and effectively deliver our value proposition to potential customers.
• Convert quote requests to orders from one-time or direct-to-end-user customers (75% of role)
• Qualify incoming phone calls and leads, routing them to the appropriate district sales manager (15% of role)
• Provide support to district sales managers by completing take-offs, generating quotes, and other administrative tasks when they are traveling (10% of role)
• Conduct some outbound prospecting and lead-generation activities
