Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The Inside Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in nurturing relationships with accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a range of clients, from beach shops to resort stores, and be part of a fun, fast-paced industry.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Conduct regular outreach (via phone, email, and digital platforms) to existing and potential key accounts to promote our products and services.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their business offerings and maximize sales potential.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and sales campaigns targeting key accounts.
• Manage the complete sales process from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and following up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management on key account performance and potential growth areas.
• Attend trade shows and industry events as needed to represent the company and network with potential clients.
