Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities in both English and Spanish
- Conduct client consultations to assess coverage needs and recommend appropriate insurance options (auto, home, life, business, etc.)
- Educate clients on policy features, benefits, and value in a clear, bilingual manner
- Maintain and grow your book of business through consistent follow-up and customer service
- Collaborate with the agency team to meet individual and office-wide production goals
- Assist clients with policy reviews, renewals, endorsements, and claims support
- Stay compliant with Farmers Insurance standards and California insurance regulations
Requirement
Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)Active California Property & Casualty and / or Life license, or willingness to get licensedPrior sales or customer service experience is a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skills in both languagesGoal-oriented, coachable, and proactive in building client relationships.What You'll Gain :
