We're looking for an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to help fuel our sales pipeline. This outbound-focused role is critical to our go-to-market success, identifying target accounts, qualifying leads, and setting meetings for our Account Executives. You'll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate interest and build multi-touch campaigns that convert.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities :

• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns (calls, emails, sequences) to generate leads
• Conduct research to identify and qualify decision-makers within target companies
• Book discovery meetings and demos for Account Executives with strategic targets
• Partner closely with marketing to support Account Based Marketing initiatives and nurture workflows
• Maintain records of all activities and insights in the CRM
• Consistently contribute to a growing, high-quality sales pipeline
