Immediate opening for a Temporary Operations Coordinator to support our team with the following :

Screen and direct incoming calls appropriately ensuring a high level of customer care is provided to all applicants and clients.

Process payroll for a workforce of 100-150 Temporary Associates.

Manage the Applicant compliance and onboarding of new Associates

Provide administrative support to a successful sales team.

• ? Qualifications :

Must have a strong sense of urgency and high attention to detail

Prior experience in processing payroll

Goal-oriented with a passion for accomplishments.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
