Basic Job Functions :

The Inside Sales Representative works in a team environment to professionally represent the Nucor Steel SheetGroup with team members and customers on a daily basis. This team member must handle all calls and requestsfor information in a professional manner while working accurately and timely. Other responsibilities include :

• Provide responsive service and build strong customer relationships with an emphasis on commercial excellence.
• Entering accurate orders proactively solving problems and ensuring effective communication between customers and internal teams (operations production planning credit quality).
• Provide timely status updates to customers.
• Dispatching shipments to ensure finished products ships on a timely basis.
• Some travel will be required for customer visits customer dinners and industry functions.
