Inside Sales Representative

Job Location : Tamarac, FL

Job Summary :

Inside Sales professionals typically liaise between potential and current customers and cross-functional internal teams in a fast-paced, global work environment to increase B2B sales of the Company’s products and services using a consultative selling approach. They build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships; develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and decision-makers; and listen to understand the customer’s environment, influences, and challenges to gain new and repeat business, identify and offer attractive solutions, and grow sales. Sales activities are generally performed from the office via phone, email, webchat, and other digital mediums with occasional onsite visits to increase rapport and win key sales opportunities. Overall the ISR’s mission is to expand our presence with existing customers and capture more market share, attract new customers, and change the way we interact with customers.
