Lead Installer Custom Outdoor Enclosures

Suncoast Enclosures | Chandler, AZ

Pay : $22$30 / hr + bonus incentives

Schedule : Full-time, year-round

ABOUT THE ROLE

Were looking for a skilled Lead Installer in Chandler to help build custom outdoor living spaces with a company thats been trusted across North America for more than 30 years. This is a full-time opportunity with room to grow into leadership. WHAT YOULL DO

• Lead projects, supervise a small crew, and install custom outdoor structures such as patio enclosures, louvered roofs, and screen rooms
• Read and interpret project plans; measure and layout job sites accurately
• Cut, assemble, and install aluminum framing, louvers, retractable screens, and related components
• Perform basic electrical hookups for powered systems (training provided)
• Keep job sites safe, organized, and clean while maintaining tools and company vehicle in good condition
• Communicate with project managers and sales to align on project details
• Update project status, track materials, and coordinate with the warehouse team
• Occasionally assist with local trade shows or product displays
• Represent Suncoast professionally with a customer-first approach on every job
