Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary tester and troubleshooter for the PeopleSoft Financial Aid modules
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of ISIRs, Cal ISIRs, Middle Class Scholarship, and Cal Grant data
- Support the full project lifecycle : planning, testing, deployment, and post-implementation review
- Coordinate with technical and functional teams to ensure business needs are effectively translated into system solutions
- Develop and maintain audit-ready documentation and reports for FISAP, NSLDS, COD, and other regulatory bodies
- Lead and document financial aid system upgrades and provide campus-wide training and technical support

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, educational technology, communications, or related fields, or similar certified coursework in applicable fields of studyThree (3) years of experience supporting information systems and technologyPreferred Qualifications
Advanced degree computer science, technology, business or related fieldFive (5) years of experience supporting information systems and technologyCompensation

CSU Salary Range : $5,158 / month - $12,730 / month
