Job Duties

The Payroll Systems Analyst will work closely with the Payroll & Benefits Department to ensure highly effective and consistent use of all timekeeping and payroll applications. This individual assists in maintaining the integrity of Payroll data / configuration within these systems, and coordinates with the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Financial Reporting (FIN) and Information Technology (IT) as needed to perform assigned duties. As a knowledgeable member of the Finance and Accounting staff, he / she assists Payroll & Benefits department staff in analyzing and resolving production issues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Payroll System Analyst or similar role (3 years minimum)
• Familiarity with payroll software (ADP Workforce Now and UKG Pro)
• Bachelor's degree in finance, IT, HR or related field preferred.
• Customer Service focused attitude.
