Description of the role :

Gainesville Nissan is seeking a team oriented Sales Manager to join our team in Gainesville, Florida.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a sales team and executing strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities :

  • Recruit, train, and motivate sales team members
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue
  • Monitor sales performance and provide coaching as needed
  • Build and maintain customer relationships

Requirements :
