As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in assisting the project manager and client with administrative tasks and executing project management duties under the direction of the project / program manager. You will work collaboratively with internal and external partners, communicate client requirements, and proactively manage project-related issues. With your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in construction project management, you will contribute to the successful delivery of a large tenant improvement construction project.

• You will serve as the owner's local representative responsible for monitoring the construction of a new sales and training facility for a large global client.

Estimated compensation for this position : 70,000.00 85,000.00 USD per year. This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
