Job Title : IT Project Manager

Location : Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

Duration : 06+ months

Description : Position Summary

This is a project management role focused on driving the adoption and governance of the artificial intelligence strategy within the Finance organization. The Project Manager will serve as a central point of coordination, aiming to revolutionize our financial operations and decision-making capabilities. You will be responsible for articulating a comprehensive AI roadmap that transforms core finance functions and ensures AI-powered solutions are successfully adopted and embraced by the entire finance team.

What You'll Do

Executive Communication

  • Work with partners to develop and communicate the AI vision for the Finance organization, ensuring it aligns with company goals.
  • Translate complex AI concepts into compelling narratives for leadership and stakeholder presentations.
  • Act as the primary liaison to company Gen AI Steering Committees, providing regular updates on program progress.
  • Manage all communication related to AI and digital enablement for the Finance Technology area.

Governance

  • Oversee strategic AI meetings, including setting the vision, developing the agenda, and ensuring productive outcomes.
  • Establish a systematic process to source, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases from across the Finance department.
  • Manage a governance framework with stakeholders to facilitate resource and funding needs for AI initiatives.
  • Meticulously track all follow-ups and action items from meetings, ensuring accountability and momentum.

    • Adoption & Training

  • Direct the execution of a comprehensive Learning & Development (L&D) program to build AI literacy and proficiency.
  • Drive the creation of training content and practical use case examples.
  • Champion a culture of innovation by designing a strategy to drive the adoption of new AI tools.
  • Partner with managers and teams to embed AI into workflows, identifying and overcoming barriers to adoption.

    • Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications :

    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

    Significant experience in a strategic project role with a focus on digital enablement and AI.

    Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

    Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional programs and building relationships with senior stakeholders.

    AI power user with a passion for emerging technology and a strong perspective on the application of AI and Gen AI in the finance domain.

    4 - 8 YOE , Big 4 experience. KPMG, Delliotte, EY

    Preferred Qualifications :

    Advanced degree (MBA, Master's in Finance, or related field).

    Experience in a role focused on technology implementation, change management, or learning and development within a finance context.

    Understanding of core finance processes and financial data lifecycle.

    Experience collaborating with technical teams to deliver technology solutions.
