Overview of the Accounting Manager Role :

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 2-3 accountants

Oversee full-cycle month-end close activities

Ensure timely and accurate closing of the books each month

Review account reconciliations for accuracy and compliance

Oversee general ledger entries and financial reporting processes

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting Manager :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience

Strong MS Excel skills (intermediate level and above)

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
