The Role

Business Systems Leadership

• Shape and execute digital thread and configuration management strategies for business systems spanning product development, operations, and business functions.
• Drive initiatives that strengthen system capabilities, improve user experience, and enable scalability in alignment with company objectives.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, align on priorities, and oversee project execution that delivers measurable outcomes.
• Navigate transitions to new tools and platforms, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption.
