What You’ll Do :

  • Manage Inbound & Outbound Sales : Engage customers through calls, emails, and digital channels to win new business.
  • Create Winning Proposals : Develop competitive quotes and close deals with confidence.
  • Support the Field Team : Collaborate with outside reps and operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Build Relationships : Become the trusted advisor for your accounts, turning one-time jobs into loyal customers.
  • Track Activity : Keep CRM and sales records accurate and up-to-date.

    • Experience / Requirements :

  • 1+ years of inside sales, tele-sales, or B2B customer service (Waste, Construction, Logistics, or Industrial sales preferred) Experience selling in Construction is preferred.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of exceeding quotas
  • Excellent communicator — persuasive, energetic, and confident on the phone
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Zoom / Teams, and CRMs
  • High school diploma or GED (college a plus)
