Description : Job Summary :

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep, repair, and maintenance of nine 5,000-square-foot medical office facilities. This role ensures that all buildings, equipment, and systems are functioning optimally to support a clean, safe, and efficient environment for staff and patients. The ideal candidate has experience in facility maintenance, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Facility Maintenance :

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

Maintain and repair medical office equipment (e.g., exam tables, sterilizers, fixtures).

Respond to maintenance requests for repairs such as patching walls, painting, and replacing fixtures.

Monitor and maintain compliance with OSHA, ADA, and other relevant safety regulations.

Track and manage inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.

o Drive between the nine medical office locations to perform maintenance tasks and inspections.

Respond promptly to urgent issues such as leaks, power outages, or system failures.
