Client Services Representative – Insurance Industry

Location : Onsite | Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 AM–4 : 00 PM Company : LHH Recruitment Solutions (on behalf of a leading insurance provider)

What You’ll Do :

• Deliver exceptional service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Support clients with policy inquiries, billing questions, and coverage updates
• Accurately process endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
• Stay current on insurance products and industry trends
• Partner with account managers and underwriters to resolve client issues
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies

Pay Details : $45,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
