We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Inside Sales Representative to become an integral part of our luxury medical practice. This is an on-site position.
As an Inside Sales Representative at AirSculpt®, you will :
- Conduct in-depth qualification on 100+ leads daily and adhere to our established lead process as outlined in our training manual.
- Leverage our CRM tool to engage with prospective patients through text, email or phone communication, aiming to arrange either an in-clinic or virtual consultation.
- Be responsible for establishing and meeting specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) or sales goals as part of your role.
- Handle other tasks as assigned by management.

At least 2 years of sales (preferably inside sales) or customer service experienceAbility to handle large volume of outbound calls and chats (100+ / day)Professional verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.Experience using a CRM tool, preferably SalesforceProficiency in Microsoft Office and Google SuitePreferred but Not Required :
