Director of Information Technology

We’re looking to hire a Director of Information Technology for an onsite role in Los Angeles, CA. This is a full-time opportunity supporting a leading legal client in downtown LA, working onsite five days per week.

In this role, you will oversee the management and optimization of IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, performance, and security at all levels. You will lead a talented team of IT professionals and work strategically to ensure that technology initiatives align with the company’s goals.

Director of Information Technology Responsibilities :

Lead the daily operations of the IT department, ensuring optimal system reliability, performance, and uptime.

Provide strategic direction and mentorship to a diverse IT team, fostering collaboration and ensuring a high-performing work environment.

Develop and execute IT strategies that align with the company’s goals, driving business growth and operational efficiency.

Manage and optimize the Office365 ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration and maximizing the platform's potential.

Oversee technology projects from inception to execution, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.

Safeguard data security and compliance with industry regulations and best practices, ensuring a secure environment for company assets and information.

Director of Information Technology Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Advanced degree preferred).

At least 10 years of experience in IT management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position.

Proven experience managing teams and overseeing complex IT projects in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Expertise in Microsoft Office 365, cloud services, and related technologies.

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity best practices.

Experience with CRM, ERP, or sales / marketing technologies (preferred).
