Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for an Operations Coordinator! The primary purpose is to provide high service through a support role to the Sales and Operations Planning Organization.

Responsibilities

• Collect data from various sources and prepare spreadsheets for analysis.
• Coordinate research and normalize data for incorporation into reports.
• Execute reports including charts, graphs, mailing lists, maps, and ad hoc requests.
• Maintain the quality of key data sets by resolving missing / incomplete information and addressing anomalies.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting through established processes to Field Purchasing Team buyers and management.
• Run and execute daily DRR orders for blended branches.
• Support buyers and blended associates in the Field Purchasing Team.
• Utilize Excel, SharePoint, and other Microsoft programs to complete tasks efficiently.
• Demonstrate customer service focus in daily interactions.
• Ensure regular and reliable attendance.
• Adhere to company compliance and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Range : $15.00 - $27.50

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
