The Science Team at Russell Tobin & Associates is supporting a world-class organization that has an opening for “Instructional Design Coordinator” with remote work.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and team members to design and develop technical training modules.
• Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning theory to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
• Create multimedia assets, including audio, video, interactive simulations, and eLearning modules.
• Ensure fast turnaround of training content while maintaining consistency, quality, and compliance with corporate standards.
• Utilize existing templates and tools to develop scalable training solutions that align with organizational goals.
