Job Overview
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will represent AT&T wireless and internet services in high-traffic retail locations such as BJ’s, Walmart, Target, and Best Buy . You will be responsible for engaging customers, explaining product benefits, and closing sales. This is a professional role with paid training and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities :
- Represent AT&T products in assigned retail partner locations.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting sales goals.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date with AT&T promotions.
- Work collaboratively with team members and store management.
Requirements :
1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, retail, or a related field preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Positive, professional, and motivated attitude.Ability to work in a retail environment and stand for extended periods.Reliable transportation to assigned store locations.Compensation & Benefits :
Annual pay range : $45,000 – $65,000 , depending on experience and performance.Paid training provided at our corporate headquarters : 36 Commerce Way, Woburn, MA 01801 .Opportunities for career growth and advancement.Supportive team environment and ongoing professional development.Schedule :
