Responsibilities :

Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Provide clear and actionable reports to support decision-making within the sales team.

Assist with customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships.

Manage inventory processes to ensure accuracy and availability of parts.

Handle sales transactions, including processing tax returns and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Collaborate with team members to pull and organize parts for customer orders.

Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and offering solutions.

Utilize computer systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy in daily tasks.

Support Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance requirements.

Requirements :

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales analysis or a related field.

Proficiency in analyzing and reporting sales data.

Strong understanding of sales tax regulations and returns.

Familiarity with KYC and AML compliance processes.

Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.

Ability to manage inventory efficiently and accurately.

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in relevant software.

Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
