As part of the Talent team, you will play a key role in helping Gifthealth grow by finding and attracting top technical talent. We're problem solvers who think on our feet, deliver results, and ensure that every patient, partner, and customer we work with is met with excellence.

How You'll Help Us Grow

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and IT-focused roles (e.g., engineers, analysts, infrastructure, data, and IT support).
• Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand technical skill requirements, team dynamics, and long-term business goals.
• Write clear, engaging, and accurate job descriptions tailored to technical candidates.
• Source and engage top talent using a variety of channels LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, networking, employee referrals, and more.
• Screen candidates for both technical fit and cultural alignment, ensuring a positive experience at every step.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to manage interview processes, offers, and onboarding smoothly.
• Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate candidate data within our applicant tracking system.
• Stay up to date with tech recruiting trends and market insights to advise hiring managers and improve our hiring strategy.
