Manager, IT Procurement | Oakland, CA (Hybrid)

We are seeking a dynamic Manager, IT Procurement to drive IT strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier governance. This role leads high-impact initiatives across multiple spend categories, influencing key stakeholders, optimizing supplier relationships, and delivering measurable results in cost savings, diversity spend, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Lead portfolio and category strategies to optimize cost, service, and supplier performance.
• Oversee the full contract lifecycle, from creation to award, with accountability for major contracts ($500K–$10M).
• Manage supplier relationships through SLAs and performance governance.
• Develop and execute negotiation strategies for complex sourcing engagements.
• Drive spend analysis, benchmarking, business cases, and diversity / green supply chain initiatives.
• Lead and mentor a team of Sourcing Supervisors, Category Leaders, and Specialists.
• Partner cross-functionally to streamline sourcing and procurement processes for maximum value.
