Position Summary :
Eventus Education is seeking a highly organized and proactive Regional Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our early childhood programs in Pennsylvania (PA), Ohio (OH), Virginia (VA), and North Carolina (NC) . The Regional Director will work closely with each school's director to ensure operational excellence, safety, and efficiency. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills, a keen eye for strategic planning, and a passion for early childhood education. The ability to travel regularly across these states is required.
Key Responsibilities :
o Oversee daily operations of all early childhood programs within the Eventus Education network.
o Ensure all schools maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
o Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistency across all locations.
o Serve as the corporate liaison with outsourced HR and payroll vendors to support campus leadership in the hiring, onboarding processes, and payroll for all employees.
Leadership and Support :
o Supervise and support assistant directors, providing guidance and resources to help them manage their schools effectively.
o Foster a positive and collaborative culture within each school, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
o Conduct regular meetings with assistant directors to discuss operational challenges and solutions.
Compliance and Regulation :
o Ensure all schools comply with local, state, and federal regulations and licensing requirements.
o Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
o Stay informed about changes in early childhood education laws and regulations and adjust policies and procedures accordingly.
Resource Management :
o Review the budgets for each school, ensuring efficient use of resources.
o Oversee the procurement and maintenance of supplies, equipment, and facilities.
o Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to improve operational efficiency.
Quality Assurance :
o Monitor the performance of each school through regular evaluations and assessments.
o Identify areas for improvement and work with assistant directors to implement necessary changes.
o Ensure the quality of education and care provided at each school meets Eventus Education’s standards.
takeholder Engagement :
o Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, staff, and community members.
o Address any operational concerns or issues raised by stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
o Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on operational achievements and address any concerns.
Innovation and Improvement :
o Stay current with trends and best practices in early childhood education operations.
o Lead initiatives to innovate and enhance operational processes and procedures.
o Collaborate with educators, researchers, and industry experts to continuously improve operational efficiency.
