Saddleback BBQ at Coach’s is looking for Kitchen Staff who thrive in fast-paced environments. You’ll help prep, cook, and deliver authentic smoked BBQ in one of Lansing’s busiest kitchens.

What You’ll Do :

• Prep and cook food to company standards
• Stay quick and accurate during service rushes
• Keep the kitchen clean and stocked
• Support kitchen leadership and teammates

Qualifications :

• 3–5 years of kitchen experience preferred (we’ll consider less if motivated)
• Dependable, hardworking, and positive
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
