Results-driven with a passion for sales success. Must complete Job Fit Assessment for consideration. Competitive Pay : $48k base salary with commissions, offering total compensation of $100k–$150k. Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, a 401(k) plan with company match and 4 weeks of PTO in your first year. Opportunities to engage in transactions across both real estate and oil & gas sectors No Cold Calling : Work exclusively with pre-qualified leads in our CRM. Access to the company bonus pool after 6 months of successful employment. Weekly sales training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.

Join Our Team as an Inside Sales Representative!
We're on the lookout for a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to enhance our sales efforts and help drive our business growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales skills while working in a supportive team environment. You will engage with potential clients, nurture leads, and play a critical role in our real estate investment ventures.
Key Responsibilities :
- Negotiate and close deals using leads in our CRM (FollowUpBoss).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement.
- Evaluate real estate and mineral rights opportunities for maximum profitability.
- Represent Rising Phoenix at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and interactions in the CRM.
