In our Remote MedTech Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in contacting and engaging with a list of leads provided, with the goal of generating interest and setting the stage for new business opportunities for device services. What you will be doing in the role :

• Lead Generation and Qualification : Identify and qualify potential leads through research, outreach, and networking. Utilize phone calls and email to engage with prospects and understand their needs.
• Candidates will be responsible for 20+ outreach calls per day from the provided contact list
• Present client services in a clear and professional manner
• Qualify prospects and capture interest for follow up by the sales team
• Maintain accurate notes and records of all conversations in a CRM / Software
• Meet daily and weekly outreach goals
• Collaboration : Work closely with the field sales team, marketing, and other internal departments to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to sales efforts. Share insights and feedback to continuously improve our sales strategies and processes.
• Pipeline Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system. Monitor and report on sales metrics and progress towards targets.

The potential base pay range for this role is 28.00 - 31.00 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and / or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and / or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and / or other benefits.
