Production Designer – Instructional Manuals (Graphic Design Focus)

We’re seeking a Production Designer with strong graphic design skills to help shape and refine installation manuals and technical documentation . What You’ll Do

• Update, design, and format installation manuals, datasheets, and technical documentation
• Maintain consistency across all materials, from spacing and fonts to alignment and brand standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to create design templates and best practices for instructional materials
• Work primarily in Adobe InDesign to produce polished, production-ready files
• Develop or refine visual elements—diagrams, icons, and light illustrations—to enhance instructional clarity
• Support scalable processes for ongoing documentation updates
• Review and quality-check materials for technical accuracy and visual consistency
