Compensation : $65,000 to $75,000 / year + up to 20% performance bonus

Schedule : Full-Time | Multiple Shifts

What You’ll Lead

• Supervise and motivate a 45–50 person inside sales team across shifts
• Monitor live queues, dashboards, KPIs, and team coverage in real-time
• Drive quality through AI-assisted call reviews, coaching, and performance planning
• Run daily huddles, 1-on-1s, and team-building meetings to keep morale high and goals on track
• Collaborate with hiring and training teams to shape onboarding and skill development
