The Project Coordinator position is a supporting role within the buildings team, reporting to the Administration / Coordination group leader. The position is highly collaborative and requires active communication with team members and the larger administrative community at Jacobs.
In this role you will join a dedicated professional team working to make a difference for our Federal Government Clients.
Pro-active engagement with team members to understand needs and schedules for fast-paced project delivery.
Electronic and physical document management, including filing, copying, scanning and tracking documents entering and leaving the system.
Support of technical personnel by scanning and filing field documents.
Manage an Outlook calendar highlighting and updating project milestones.
Support printed deliverables by managing copying, binding, boxing, shipping, and tracking physical documents.
Manage office supplies and order items as requested by the team.
Assist with overseas travel agendas.
o Make itineraries and flight arrangements and coordinate visas
o Research local conditions and help the team understand local weather or safety concerns
The role requires a high level of organization to support deadlines and keep track of requests. The Arlington Team will work with you to set priorities, answer questions and support your success.
United States Citizenship
At least two years of college-level coursework or equivalent
At least 3 years of project coordination experience in the architecture and engineering industry
Experience utilizing Specsintact and masterspec software

The base salary range for this position is $75,000.00 to $90,000.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
