How Will You Contribute and Grow?

The primary purpose of the Representative, Inside Sales will focus on email order input for the area to include multiple branches, resolving CES related issues such as past due invoices and stalled cylinder movement on accounts. The sales position is also responsible for selling a variety of welding equipment, hard goods, power tools, safety supplies, and industrial gases to walk-in and phone order customers. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing top-notch assistance to customers in selecting the proper gages / tools. This position will work as a floater position that will cover other branches, which include Flagstaff, Mesa, and Peoria.

• Knowledge of proper customer relationship and customer service practices
• Ability to multitask in a high volume setting
• Strong analytical and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Team oriented with a continuous improvement outlook
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and perform fraction to decimal conversions
• Team player attitude with ability to work with a wide variety of people with different personalities and backgrounds
• Be punctual and comply with the work schedule
• Strong understanding of word, excel, outlook, and inventory control systems; SAP knowledge preferred
