Overview Gallagher Charter Lakes is looking for an Insurance Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. This is a full-time hybrid position. The typical working hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5 pm EST. Do you have a passion for Customer Service and are looking to work alongside an award winning industry leader? Provides customer service to variety of customers over the telephone Interacts with insureds and explains coverages, updates account information and processes renewals and cancellations. Responsible for the servicing of existing clients-identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction Receives and responds to customer service inquiries both written and verbal. Follows-up on customer issues, researches problems and processes documents necessary to ensure a successful resolution. Provides accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods / tools. Handles calls and correspondence that are predominantly routine but may require some deviation from standard procedures. About You Required : High school diploma and a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience Strong typing and basic computer skills Preferred : Working knowledge of MS systems, i.e., MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Word Active P / C license or willing to obtain one within the first 90 days of employment. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position.
