• Collaborate with internal teams to manage commercial credit and collections processes.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of customer accounts and payment histories.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of credit risks and provide recommendations to mitigate potential issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to credit and collections.
• Utilize SAP to manage credit applications and track account activities.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to resolve credit-related concerns.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for management review.
• Support the continuous improvement of credit and collections procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Address inquiries and provide guidance on credit terms and conditions.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in credit analysis, collections, or a related field.
• Proficiency in credit application processes and commercial credit management.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess financial data and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
