STAFF SERVICES ANALYST

Job Description and Duties

Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager I, indirectly the Attorney Supervisor in the COR and CRC Unit / Legal, Appeals and Probate Division, the Staff Services Analyst (SSA) serves as the Criminal Restitution Compact (CRC) Contract Analyst.

The Contract Analyst is responsible for the administrative functions of the CRC contract, evaluating contract effectiveness, facilitating the processing of various items due to CalVCB, and ensuring appropriate data and information is input into the Criminal Disposition Tracking System (CDTS) to generate accurate and timely reports.

This position provides hybrid telework opportunities, with employees required to work in person at least two (2) days per week and as needed / required. Beginning July 1, 2025, all employees will be required to work in person four (4) days per week in alignment with Executive Order N-22-25.

This position is designated under the Conflict of Interest Code. The position is responsible for making or participating in the making of governmental decisions that may potentially have a material effect on personal financial interests. The appointee is required to complete Form 700 within 30 days of appointment and once per year. Failure to comply with the Conflict of Interest Code requirements may void the appointment.
