Base pay range : $66,600.00 / yr - $106,200.00 / yr

Responsibilities

Collaborate with leaders and experts to design engaging learning that improves business performance.

Partner with the business to set clear goals that support objectives.

Design high-quality content tailored to the audience's needs.

Review and update training materials to meet goals and incorporate feedback.

Stay updated on industry tools and processes to deliver creative training solutions.

Working Conditions

The role is based in a regular office environment, with hybrid options allowing one remote day per week per policy.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Adult Learning, or equivalent experience.

Experience

2+ years in instructional design and development to craft engaging content.

Skills & Abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Experience with digital learning tools for effective design and delivery.

Clear reading, writing, and speaking English.

Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.

Effective organization and prioritization.

Clear communication across all levels of management.

Preferred Qualifications

Certificate in Instructional Design or Technology.
