About The Role :

The Senior Analyst, Strategy & Innovation will be responsible for leading the continuous business planning process (including both deliverables and process improvements) and other critical enterprise-wide initiatives, as well as deeper dives on key strategic issues, PMO governance (cascading and alignment of goals) and deep analytical work to build data-driven solutions. This role will also support various business units in launching frameworks, administering, and coordinating gate processes, and providing visibility to Vitality Index KPI. This role is a true value-add partner and considered as a business liaison and project manager for some key initiatives. This position reports to the Vice President, Corporate Strategy. This presents a unique opportunity to join a market leader pursuing a growth strategy and to be part of a team at the center of developing and executing on that pivot.

What You'll Do :

• Business Planning

Help manage strategic planning end-to-end : situation analysis, strategy setting, response planning, financial modeling and initiatives tracking and monitoring.

Maintain an enterprise-wide process and tool in collaboration with the BU PMO organizations to feed overall business planning process (key initiatives).

Frame and analyze internal and external sources of information.

Support business units in launching and managing the product development framework.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000K-$135,000K + 10% bonus + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
